Would Not RecommendLike a lot of the reviews here, mine has stopped working after barely a year. The control panel would stop responding all of sudden.There is definitely a design flaw and SHARP should do a recall on it. SHARP said they would have some repair company contact me and they haven't. Without addressing the real issue, if the repair company just replaces the panel, I fully expect it to work an additional year before inevitably breaking again. Also it's just super frustrating as it's just the control pan...

Garbage product
Would Not RecommendI have had my microwave for 4 months and the control pad has crapped out twice. I spent a fortune on this darn microwave and it does not work. Maybe I got a lemon, but when googling the issue I have found I was not the only one.

replacement microwave
Would RecommendI needed to replace my sharp drawer microwave because of spark-arching. I bought the new microwave before learning of the settlement of a class action. I am hoping to get compensation, since I had already purchased the new Sharp. The only complaint is that the clock on the microwave can not be seen until the control panel is opened. I am so used to looking at our microwave for the time! I miss the clock! I also had to have an installer cut the cabinet opening. The new sharp is 1/2 inch taller....

Microwave Drawer
Would RecommendI love the idea of lifting items up and out of this microwave instead of lifting items out from above and hopefully not spilling anything hot. This is the second drawer unit I have purchased. Since it's a drawer it is one less appliance to look at since it is below the counter. Pop out screen is easy to read as well.
