Would Not RecommendWho would have thought this would completely fail less than 2 years in. Ours did. Can't find receipt so we already know how this will go. I'll be purchasing an Insignia instead. Tough lesson learned darn it. Thank you.

I have had this microwave for about a month and have tested out all the various options and heating methods. They all functioned well. The manual is very easy to understand and instructions are clear. Although I know this Sharp Carousel probably will not last as long as my previous Sharp Carousel (40 years!) I hope it will be very reliable. I am following the suggestion from other users to make sure there is adequate ventilation space around my new unit.
