brought this product in 2019, buttons don't work and microwave turns on by itself. have to unplug just for it to stop running, will not heat or cook food. I Will never suggests or buy this product again. This brand should not be on no store shelves.

Would Not RecommendThe unit works fine but now after 3 years, all of sudden it just runs by itself, no more heating power - pulling the cord seems to help but then after a few minutes the problem comes back - too bad my older Sharp from 2010 worked more than 10 years before biting the dust
