Would Not RecommendThe primary shortcoming of this microwave is the display. The illuminated center window is blinding bright and shows the time. Unfortunately, all the buttons you need to press are not illuminated, so you must turn your kitchen lights on to operate the microwave. I hate that. The second UI shortcoming is the menu system. A few things probably get used all the time, like open, close, start, stop, and power level. Unfortunately, the display panel is filled with buttons that rarely get used. ...
Don't trust Lowe's installation service
Would Not RecommendI was told at the store that the delivery would include installation. When the delivery team showed up they said that they could not install and left the microwave for me to deal with. They said the store had made a mistake and there was nothing they could do. I paid for disposal, and they said that I could call the office and arrange for disposal after I had someone install the new microwave. I arranged for my own installation...which I paid for...and never got reimbursed for the disposal which...

Would RecommendWe purchased this microwave to replace our old Sharp Microwave. We loved the option of the handle and more preset options. Unfortunately, it was shorter than our previous model, so there was a 1 inch gap between the counter and the microwave. This was our fault, not the fault of Lowe's or Sharp

Would Not RecommendThis came with a new house. I do not like under the counter microwaves. It is a stronger microwave heating things quickly. It doesn’t have a turntable so it doesn’t cook evenly.

Would RecommendWhen remodeling our previous kitchen we installed a Sharp drawer microwave and loved it. Now about 10 years later we had moved and remodeled this kitchen and had no doubt that we would install the same or similar Sharp microwave drawer.

LCD Display flying insect attractant
Would Not RecommendDecent microwave however the clock timer light stays on constant. The lcd light has gaps to allow flying insects to get attracted to the light and die behind inside the lcd display without being able to get insect out. This apparently was a defect letting light stay on constantly because new models now have way to delay turn off timer clock lcd light.
