Excellent drawer microwave
Would RecommendExcellent drawer microwave that stands above the other manufacturers' in both fit and finish. It installs into the counter and is best utilized at about waist level - just under the countertop. Not for everyone but it makes removing hot dishes safer and a lot easier than over the range models. This unit is wheelchair accessible due to the use of a motorized drawer instead of a swing door like the majority of units. Great microwave
It works great and we especially like the drawer. The one downside is the clock light. It is very bright and there is no way to dim it. We cover it so we can still use it when programming it. If they added a programmable dimmer it would be a big help

Nice Microwave
we love the microwave but when we installed it there is a problem with the door not staying closed. i reported this but was told there is a 48 hour limit for me to report any problems for a warranty or replacement. We were renovating our Kitchen so we ordered this sharp microwave to be onsite when we were ready for it so we tried to install about 10 days after delivery. So I was told by lowes that my only option was to contact the manufacturer and i did and i am still waiting for a resolution.
