Would RecommendThis is a replacement of the identical model that we had for 12 years. Not 1 oz of problems in that 12-year period. Finally it just"burned" out. We went right back to the same model, with the same dimensions and this drawer microwave slipped right back in as if it always had been there. Four screws and plug it in! Even after 12 years visitors were commenting on how neat it was to have a drawer microwave!

Perfect replacement when old one conked out
Would RecommendExact replacement model needed (old one came w/the house we bought 8 yrs ago, so it was prob 15 yrs old). Has lots of features we don’t use, but perfect to replace old one. Super easy to order on Lowe’s site and delivery was fast and pleasant. We simply unscrewed 4 screws on the old one, slid it out, and put the new one in. Hated paying so much, but totally worth it since we wanted the exact same one. Thank you Lowe’s!

I purchased my 1st Sharp Drawer Microwave in 2019. It was used heavily for 6 years. It survive a lightening strike that took out all of my TVs, dishwasher, garage openers, and most all of my electronics. It was only 2 months ago that I had the first issue, likely from the lightening strike, where I lost the power setting function. I immediately purchased a replacement without giving and thought about another brand. We are totally satisfied with our Sharp.

Would RecommendBought this as a replacement for my 12 year old Sharp microwave drawer. Simplistic install ever! 4 screws hold it in place. Took 15 minutes to swap out the old with this exact replacement for my old one.

Bot worth the premium
Would Not RecommendThe drawer concept is flawed. The microwave has a handle, but apparently if you use it to manually open and close the microwave it can can a switch to come out of position. This prevents the microwave from heating even though it looks like it’s working. We had to pay almost the cost of a new, conventional microwave just to get it fixed. These drawer microwaves are not worth it.
