Too difficult to remove tube adter insertion.

Worth the Money
Would RecommendWorth the money over running hard lines to your water heater. All you have to do is get your lines close then bend these so they line up. The built in valve saves you on having to buy and install one of those too.

Would RecommendExactly what I needed to plumb the new water heater I installed. The push-to-connect sharkbite fittings make connecting to the PEX hot and cold lines so easy. The built in valve is great so I don't have to install a separate one.

Only lasted about a month and a half before they started to leak. Wasn't an issue with the sharkbite part itself, rather where the bottom of the connector meets the flex line. It's a manufacturing defect and can't be fixed like a leaking sharkbite, where you can replace an O ring.

Installing it today, I discovered that when the valve is off, it still lets some water through. Now, I had it mailed to me because I live a distance from Lowes.
