Would RecommendThe post was easy enough to put in the ground (I had someone digging the hole for me.) Seems like it will last. It's only been in the ground for two weeks at this point.

wood post does what it is designed to do. The severe cracks in the wood + warping and poor fit seem to be a problem with all of these post. They seem to use the poorest selection of wood to make these.

Would RecommendInstalled the post in dirt up to 18 inches deem with post hole digger. packed dirt back around and temped down with 2 by 1 and hammer Mounted mail box support board, mounted mailbox. Looks good and is very stable.

Would RecommendOld mailbox run over during snow storm. After measuring all the pieces. I immediately went to Lowe's for a replacement. Post needed was in stock. I had it in place and ready in a couple of hours. This post looks great!

Would RecommendMailbox post worked well. Placed 2 ft. In the ground with quickcrete. Sprayed polyurethane for protection. Looks good with neighbor compliments. Would buy again

Would RecommendNeeded to replace post knocked down by car, this was identical to one we had and made it easier to replace into existing hole in ground.

the post worked well. the only issue was, i was disappointed that i had to go to 3 lowes locations around my area to find one that didn't have large splits in the wood. one of the locations only had one post and it looked awful.

Would RecommendThe post was quickly constructed. Sharp corner were left on the 4X4's thus I got several splinters in my hands.
