What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the prefab deck railing system for saving time and simplifying installation with its pre-fabricated design, delivering a professional-looking finish that enhances decks and patios. Many highlight the ease of use, noting it cuts labor time significantly compared to traditional methods. Most find the appearance beautiful and compatible with staining or painting. However, some report consistent issues with warped components, misaligned balusters, and inconsistent quality across units, requiring careful inspection before installation. Despite these concerns, most customers recommend the product after overcoming initial quality hurdles.

Of the 5 in stock only 1 was acceptable.
Would Not RecommendI went to Lowe's for 4 of these and the website showed 5 in stock. Of the 5, only 1 was decent enough to purchase. The others were incredibly warped and bent. Nothing acceptable for a porch railing. They shouldn't have even been on the shelf. The 1 inside buy required half of the screws to be set the rest of the way in. Merchandise this badly damaged should not have been on the shelf. I needed 4 and they were said to be in stock. I drive 45 minutes to the store to come back home with 1. ...
