Would Not RecommendLowes sells product they don't have! tried to initiate a concern there times. last rep told me that my concerns were elevated. I asked what that meant and was told a regional mgr would call within 24 hours. I never heard from Anyone at Lowe's. not ever.

Tried to return the item to Lowes and they refused to take it back and refund the cost. I said 'even if it was delivered?" and he said yes because they would just trash it. good product but no easy way to attach
this is a simple way to install sections of railing without having to make one yourself. the problem I am having is a good attachment to the post since Lowe's doesn't have the brackets available in the store to install them without losing decks space or face mounting the railing to the post which I don't want to do. the pictures show brackets being used but they don't have them.
