What Customers Are Saying
The screen rolling tool has mixed reviews. Some users found it easy to use and helpful for installing window screens, especially for first-time users. However, many were dissatisfied with the poor quality and performance, including the roller being too wide, the blade being ineffective or damaging the screen, and the overall cheap, flimsy construction. Several customers recommended getting a higher-quality metal tool instead.

Would Not RecommendThis product rolled screen in nice but the cutter end broke on 1st use. Poor design of the retract mechanism.
Spline Roller Too Wide
Would Not RecommendLimited function tool, get one that has 2 sizes of spline roller and 2nd tool with screen roller. I returned as this tool roller was too wide and unable to seat the spline in screen frame.
Absolute trash
Would Not RecommendCheap plastic. Wheel is too wide for even .175 spine. This tool ripped up the edge of every screen I tried it on. Ended up in the trash. Don't waste your money like I did.
Not well designed
Would Not RecommendThe tool is too big. The wheel is too thick. The blade is awkward for this kind of cut and scratching the bronze finish on the aluminum. I ended up using my old wooden handle smaller roller and a cheap 90 cents thin blade utility knife after the, not even, the first side of the screen. I am returning it.
Must have
Would Recommenda must have if you are putting screen into a casing

Cheap crap
Would Not RecommendOne star because we were eventually able to use this tool to repair our screen. But the screws were so loose that they fell out when we opened the package, and we had to disassemble and reassemble the whole thing to make it useable. Cheap plastic, poor construction, would not buy again.
Cheaply made
Would Not RecommendI thought this looked like a great option - having the spline installer and also, the screen cutter. Unfortunately, the screen blade is difficult to open and close (unsafe, but to get the blade to retract I find myself having to press down on the blade release button while I bang (firmly tap) the blade to get it to seat).
A definite don't buy
Would Not RecommendI wish I had read the reviews before I bought the tool. All the bad reviews were true. It is no better than the cheap plastic ones
Great Improvement to Standard Spline Tools
Would RecommendI've been using the standard two-wheelers for thirty years and I've never liked them. I have a pair of the plastic ones and I've used a wooden one with a metal wheel. On each of them the wheel is loose, which takes away control when you're pressing the sooner hard into the groove. This one, however, has a well-mounted wheel so you can push hard without losing control and risking a rip in the screenwire. That larger diameter wheel stays in the track better, too. It's worth mentio...
