What Customers Are Saying
The screen rolling tool has mixed reviews. Some users found it easy to use and helpful for installing window screens, especially for first-time users. However, many were dissatisfied with the poor quality and performance, including the roller being too wide, the blade being ineffective or damaging the screen, and the overall cheap, flimsy construction. Several customers recommended getting a higher-quality metal tool instead.

Would Not RecommendIt only has one concave roller instead of a concave and convex limiting the type of spline you can work with. The blade would not extend so cutting was impossible. It feels very flimsy.
Does exactly what you need it to!
Would RecommendWorked like a dream

apply gentle even pressure
Would RecommendI recently picked up the 12-in Plastic Screen Rolling Tool (Blade Included) from Lowe's, and it made my screen repair project surprisingly simple. The handle feels sturdy yet lightweight, and the included blade fits perfectly. It rolls screen into the frame smoothly without slipping. Super easy to use, even for beginners. Definitely a handy, affordable tool to keep around.

poorly made tool. The $5 roller only would be a better purchase. The knife on this is not much help

Performs as advertised
Would RecommendSimple tool but well designed for the task at hand. I am using to install screen tight as an enclosure around my patio. It works will with the screen tight spline that I am using. Really couldn't ask for to perform any better.

Good concept - poor design
Would Not RecommendThought this would help by combining 2 tools in one. The slide to open the knife end would barely move and certainly would work one-handed. When it did open, it wouldn't retract. I disassembled it and shaved some poor plastic molding at the knife slide end until it moved 'better'. Not great. Look elsewhere.
Worse than worthless
Would Not RecommendNot only is there no rounded roller to insert the screen with, the single concave spline roller it does have is too wide to push the screen or the spline in the channel. Plus, the trim blade on mine would only slide out after using great force and shredding my thumb on the slider (though some have reported that theirs opened too easily and caused injury - one fellow ending up at the ER for stitches). Astonishingly poor design and quality. Seriously can't believe this was manufactured, much less ...

No good.
Would Not RecommendBlade wouldn't come out, slider didn't work right. Roller doesn't even push the spline down far enough.
