Great to use for laying sod
Would RecommendI bought this a month ago to put under sod that I was laying, it held the water very well and with the added fertilizer in it the sod has taken off and grown very rapidly. This was easy to spread . I would recommend this 1000%!

Copious plastic
Would Not RecommendI have bought this product in prior years and some tolerable shredded plastic was always noted in the soil. However, the bags I bought this year (about 12) had an almost spiteful level of shredded bags in them--bag after bag after bag with handfuls of shredded plastic. Last time I will be using this product
