Do Not Buy this Washing Machine
Would Not RecommendI purchased this washing machine 1 year ago. The spin cycle is not working properly and it's leaking water. The Repair Service is horrendous. I contacted Samsung to open a trouble ticket and was told the repair technician from Home Service Network (HSN@HSnFE.com)would dispatch to my home 5 days later. I contacted HSN to confirm my appointment and was told that although my ticket# was valid, there was no appointment scheduled. Three attempts to call HSN failed, as I was disconnected each t...

Quality washing machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our 13 year old Samsung washing machine with this one. I got the larger capacity and super happy with it. I like all the cycle options and I really like that it doesn’t rattle or move during the spin cycle. Been using it for a couple of months and so far so good!

Quiet and sleek
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super quiet and sleek. So far everything is fantastic, the only issue being that the machine must be slightly larger than the one it is replacing, as it doesn't fit in the closet and allow the door to close. The plug prevents it from being pushed against the wall. A flat plug would have avoided this issue.

Super quiet and sleek
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is super quiet, very sleek. Only issue i have so far, is that the machine is a little larger than the previous machine it is replacing, the plug blocks the machine from going all the way into the closet. A flat plug would have made this a non-issue.

Great look...Great wash
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking on pedestals. Machine balances and rebalances laundry for balance, then maximum spin so clothes come out damp but not soaking wet. Options for remote a little complex, but can be useful. Good purchase.
