Disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the appliances in our new home were new Samsung. The controls on all of their appliances are difficult to read and operate. The sing-song alarms are horrific and must all be turned off but then you have no alerts at all. The washer controls have some controls that are lighted and some that are not like the start/pause control. Can't use in the dark but can't see in bright light.

Solid Washer!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does its job. You are able to wash pretty much anything due to the many different settings. The only "con" is when I have a heavy load. Sometimes the clothes or towels (whatever I'm washing) seem dry. At times, I can't tell if it's because the machine does such a great job when spinning or bc it doesn't use enough water. Therefore, whenever I wash an extra heavy load, I always add pre-soak and extra rinse for my peace of mind.
