Fancy
Would RecommendFor the first time ever, I allowed the delivery guys to do the install and I am so happy that I did. They did a fantastic job. I would have been laid up for a week with my back had I tried to stack the washer and dryer. For my vertically challenged wife, they connect to each other so you can control both with the lower controls. They look nice, they have an app so you can control when you have to step out for a bit. I was going to hand a sign on them saying voice activated to see if my son wou...

Only a few days using this washer and my whole family is in love with it!!. Starting that's so quiet and when finished cycle play a sweet melody instead of the normal awful alarm. The capacity of the drum is huge!!. I washed 2 California queens bed spread and they came out BEAUTIFULLY!!. I definitely recommend this washer. 😃

Had this three years washer broke
Washing machine started sounding like a flap was loose on spin cycle, draining issues just stated to occur filter is clean. Smart thing app has glitches. Paid 1900 for the set now I’m replacing the washer.

DO NOT BUY!!! I HATE THIS NEW SET!
Would Not RecommendI had to replace my 10 year-old Samsung washer and dryer set. I absolutely despise the new model! The dryer takes 2-3x longer to dry my clothes. The operational user interface is so idiotically inefficient and over-engineered it's absurd. You have to scroll through so much unnecessary crap just to get the dryer programmed properly, it's abdolutely absurd! Same goes for the washer. The programming / setup interface is so inefficient, over-thought, and over-engineered it drives me nuts to have ...

Water and Energy Efficient
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this washer for 5 months now and I am loving it! It is very water and energy efficient. I even received a small rebate from my utility (water) provider for purchasing this model. It can be easily connected to the Wi-Fi and the "SmartThings" app makes it really convenient to monitor and set up the desired cycles. You can even monitor the energy usage from the app and turn on the "AI Energy Mode".
