Great features, but tough to install.

All loaded items come out clean and dry. The digital controls make setting up desired cycles very easy and it is very intuitive for the user. Broken from the factory

I can’t provide honest feedback on its performance other than it came from Samsung broken. The circulating pump came with its hose cut. This is an internal part that should have been checked by Samsung QC before leaving, and clearly wasn’t. I informed Samsung of the issue and they took a week to get a service technician to come and confirm this. The technician didn’t have the part to replace this, and it will be at least an additional week to receive that part then schedule a tech call to fix it...

Love the Bespoke Appliances!

Love this so much, it talks to me. It opens after is done, so great. Tried a few different washing cycles and found what worked for me. Quick wash not so much, 4 kids and lots of yucky dishes so need normal or AI wash. It is not loud, soft hum. Third top rack is fantastic, could not live without it now. Looks like a built in, love the look so much. Had since the fall and so far it has worked great, recommend.

Best dishwasher

The flexible layout and adjustable racks make loading everything from pots to delicate glasses easy. The stainless steel interior looks beautiful, dishes come out consistently clean and dry, and the fingerprint-resistant exterior stays spotless. It's impressively quiet, and the AI features make operation simple and convenient. Highly recommended!

Smart Things controlled

Well designed dishwasher.

Very good at cleaning. The second rack is adjustable to 3 heights. The top rack is nice for cleaning pint glasses and utensils. Very quiet. Can be connected to an app which is handy to know when the cycle is complete. Also provides a few additional features like delayed start.

Lowe's Doesn't care about customers

So where do I begin?? I wish I would have checked reviews on this trash CRST company that Lowe's contracts out to install appliances. Purchased this dishwasher back on the 9th of Jun. Three days later it was installed and dead on arrival. There were error codes which ended up being a defective machine. So I call Lowe's to have it replaced, guess what? Since I didn't use a Lowe's store credit card I would have had to return the dishwasher withing 48hrs!! Lol what a joke, especially since they did...

This dishwasher never got my dishes all the way clean without me having to pre rinse and pre scrub them. It's frustrated me from day one. The folding racks on the bottom do not stay standing up, you can only fit very short items on the top rack if you want to be able to wash dinner plates on the bottom, or else the top rack items will get stuck on the third shelf. Half the time I ended up just taking the third shelf out to be able to wash stuff. You can't even fit a mason jar in the glasse...
