Kind of good, kind of dissappointing.

I kind of made a mistake buying this dishwasher. I had purchased a Samsung white bespoke glass-front dishwasher last year for one of my homes and was very pleased with it. Whisper quiet and smart, need just one more thing

This is hands down one of the best dishwashers I’ve ever owned. The standout feature is the noise level—it is really quiet. I absolutely love that you can disable the annoying end-of-cycle melodies and just get a silent notification on your phone or Samsung TV instead. Performance: It’s a top-tier machine. Interior lights and 3rd shelf

Poor interior design

The third rack of this dishwasher takes up way too much space. Even with the middle rack raised to the highest level, I can't fit a baking sheet or large knives vertically in the silverware compartment. When the rack is in the highest position, lids and large bowls won't fit in the middle rack. The top rack doesn't get spatulas clean. It is also slightly deeper than my old dishwasher so it sticks out of the counter. Lowe's return policy is terrible so I'm stuck with it.

Samsung dishwasher

Loading this dishwasher is challenging. If you have plates greater than 10” in diameter, the water jet bar will hit them. Accommodating the bar so it doesn’t hit the plates greatly reduces the capacity. Love the light that comes on when door is open, like that the door opens when cycle is done. Noise level is very low and is great.

Lovely Design and Features

The third rack is perfect for those awkward spatulas and the design of the lower drawer lets me wash heavy pots and pans -- a little more expensive than I'd planned to spend but well worth the money for how much effort I'm saving. And quiet too!

I will never use installation provided by Lowe’s

Am not able to use because installers could not install the dishwasher;left the dishwasher and took all the mounting hardware and when I called them they told me it was a Lowe’s problem and when I called Lowe’s they made me call Samsung direct and now I am still waiting on mounting hardware

Third rack is not the way to go

The third rack makes it so that you cannot fit anything large. cutting boards, sheet pans, large wine glasses, none of it fits. You can remove the third rack and raise the middle rack, but it is still too short for anything. Other than that, it cleans well and is very very quiet.

Don’t buy Samsung

Brand new dishwasher won’t work.. and now it’s a week until Samsung will send someone out to fix our dish washer.
