Ratings & Reviews for Samsung 24-in Top Control Built-in Dishwasher ( Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel ) With Third Rack, AutoRelease Door and StormWash , 38-Decibel

Instructions include prank, operation complicated

Instructions say "keep the internal packing in place until the installation is complete to protect internal components". After an hour looking through all of the external packaging for the packet of "included parts", not finding them and driving to the hardware store to buy them, guess where they were? Completely underneath and concealed by the internal protective packaging that I was not supposed to remove until after installation was complete. Also, the testing process says to set the timer to...

Great dishwasher. Super quiet.

Super, super quiet. Really like the top third self and the door pops open when cycle completed.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It holds a lot of dishes. Everything comes out clean. Don't hear it when it's running.

Great Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is very quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning dishes. There is a separate rack for glasses and cups which frees up space in the middle rack for bowls and smaller items . The racks are spacious and have enough clearance where the wash arm does not hit the dishes as it spins during the cleaning cycle. The center rack can raise up and down to support larger pans and dishes. It has several cleaning cycles and uses AI to assi...

Very quiet and cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very quiet. A lot of the time I forget to start it because I can’t tell if it’s running lol. Did have a soap dispenser break, but it was fixed in 5 days and the service was awesome. Also looks great with other appliances

Quiet and cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher replaced my dishwasher of 15 years. This dishwasher is amazing. It cleans beautifully, the dishes always come out dry, the racks allow for excellent organization, and it is so quiet. On top of it, it looks beautiful.

Awesome dishwasher!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a dishwasher that was quiet, had a large capacity and is highly efficient... This dishwasher checks all the boxes. The top rack is perfect for glasses and silverware which creates a ton of capacity in the other

Great features, cleans excellent and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher cleans excellent, very quiet while cleaning and large capacity. Interior light is bright and a plus.

Upgraded Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally replaced the dishwasher that came with the house with this ultra quiet, energy/water efficient Samsung! It looks gorgeous, can be ran anytime of the day without even knowing it is washing, and I love the AI features.

Best Dishwasher we’ve had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this dishwasher about 6 months ago. This is probably the best dishwasher we have had over the last 5 weeks have previously had. This dishwasher has ton of space and the third rack with the cup washing is great! The machine consistently produces clean dish loads and is so quiet I have to check that it’s even on! The 60 minute cycle is so fast and even though it’s fast the dishes come out clean and dry each time. I would definitely ...

Amaziny

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher gets dishes and silverware totally clean. Even backed on cheese on dishes comes completely clean. An amazing machine.

Silent, efficient and beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of our first personal touches we made after buying our home and couldn’t be happier. We love the way it looks and performs. It’s super quiet, love the wireless functionality (admittedly didn’t think I’d use it but I do). It’s a massive upgrade over what we had and just overall great quality!

Best in class

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ten out of ten. Would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade or replace.

Terrible Design and Capacity

I was really excited about this dishwasher, but was soon disappointed when I tried to load our dishes inside. Apparently everyone has tiny doll sized dinner plates, matching medium sized glasses, and no one drinks from stemmed wine glasses because our 10 1/2 inch plates only fit if you move the middle rack up, and then you can't fit any wine glasses, large Tervis Yeti cup due to the lack of height between the Upper rack and the 3rd rack. Thus, the 3rd rack becomes totally useless, and needs to b...

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good dishwasher with great features and very quiet

The best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher! It has everything I need plus more, third rack with a section dedicated to cups, extra water jets, super quiet, sanitation option, AI powered, and super cmodrn looking exterior. I highly recommend Samsung appliances. I love that you can sync, control and monitor them all via an app too.

Don’t bother buying it!

Purchased this dishwasher as a replacement dishwasher for my old( 9 years of daily usage Samsung dishwasher). I dislike this dishwasher so much! Yes, I did my research and decided to purchase this dishwasher based of many options that were available in my previous dishwasher, such as adjustable racks, rinse cycle , etc. AI wash cycle was an additional plus, BUT it does absolutely horrible job, no matter how hard I tried- using cleaning cycle every weekend, cleaning filter a few times a week, pre...
