Customer Service issues

After less than a month of using this dishwasher it began shutting off mid-cycle, I was originally going to return it but did not want to wait 3 weeks for a new one, so I contacted Samsung repair, that’s where the issues began, scheduled a repair that was 2 weeks out, and the day of the repair, late in the day, I get a message to reschedule, which was a month out! Had it not been for Lowe’s and approving the return I would still be waiting on a repair! Terrible customer service for repair serv...

Great Dishwasher

We love our new dishwasher it cleans the dishes great and is so quite doing it. We have other Samsung electronics and love the smart things app to keep track of when things are done. Would recommend to anyone who asks.

So far so good!

Fits well and works great. Is a bit smaller capacity than the previous Samsung dishwasher we had but that is due to the third shelf that has its perks so, it's worth the tradeoff for us.

Overall excellence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my samsung dishwasher. It's very quiet, user friendly, washes and dries dishes so well. Love the extra utensils shelf. Not having enough space in the utensils bucket has always been an issue with every dishwasher I have ever owned. The ability to move a rack higher or lower to accommodate taller dishes is a plus. Connecting to wifi was very easy through the app and the Jets clean dishes every time. I never have to rehash anything.

Samsung dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher cleans and dries the dishes and pots and pans so well. From the cleaner to the dirtiest of dishes. I highly recommend Samsung dishwashers.

Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Samsung model number DW80CCG545MT and have had it for a little over six months now. It is extremely quiet and gets everything really clean. The kids really love the little music it plays when it is done as well.

Works great but some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how this works, the delay settings and the ability to change up what you are washing and how long. There is no noise and my dishes get clean for the most part. I do notice if I do not rinse a dish and leave it in the dishwasher for longer then 5 day, the dishwasher will stink and then I find mildew.

Just OK

Had I known the clearance between the bottom rack and the spinning arm above was so low, I wouldn’t have bought this dishwasher. My dinner plates are average size; 10-7/8 inches. The clearance to the above spinning arm is also 10-7/8 inches so it touches the plates. The top rack could have easily been raised 1/2 inch to a whole inch when they designed it. Not sure why this was not caught when designed. I didn’t know this doesn’t have a heat dry option when I bought it but I’m okay with that...

Best Dishwasher

Great product except no clean indicator

Our only complaint is the lack of a clean indicator light that so many other dishwashers have. When the cycle completes, it beeps and opens, which is awesome, but how do you know it is clean? Other dishwashers have a very helpful light that goes out after you empty the dishwasher and close the door. Did your design team assumed that someone is standing there and sees it happen, is the same person who started the cycle (not valid in a large household) and does not wait for it to cool before putti...
