Would RecommendNice to find a window of this size in stock, needed for an immediate repair for a slightly larger bay window that was leaking. Note, the rough-in dimensions on the label were off by 1/4", carefully measure your window before framing.

RELIABILT 14500 Series
Would Not RecommendBought 3 of these, the slider window is very sloppy, even when in the locked position ( no retainer in the top). There is no way that these would keep the wind, rain or snow out! Went on their website for install instructions but none of the links worked. Very nice looking window but that's about it. Took them back to Lowe's!

Would RecommendThe product comes with a QR code that directs you to a website for installation instructions. The links are broken or nonexistent. I selected my style of window (side-slider) and the picture went from a color graphic to grey and nothing else. I clicked on what I was hoping fir instructions but the site was still unfinished with nonsensical words to fill a space. If the product is so new the website is not completed then the box should have written instructions. The QR code and website are useles...

The Install Process At Lowes Brevard Is Brutal!
Would Not RecommendProduct itself is great. I have replaced windows at my home in GA with them & in NC. The install process has been non-existent, the store level, corporate install contact level, and the corporate office all told me different things. Too time consuming, and no one wants to help "solve" an issue.
