Great Window
Would RecommendI installed this window in my house. Look and works great. Easy and smooth sliding window. This is a bargain primero. I already told my neighbor to get his next Window at Lowes.
Good product poor customer service
Would RecommendThe product itself is fine and suits our needs. However one of the panes of glass are cracked and we are having a heck of a time getting any assistance to get a replacement.

Fits a little tight, but is easy to install.
Would RecommendMade the rough opening to spec and discovered that the windows are a tight fit on the sides. If you frame to spec, opening must be absolutely square. Best to just add 1/2 inch to rough opening. Seems to be good window.
