Broken Window delivery
Would RecommendWindow delivered in the wrong spot, broken frame, and when I spoke to the delivery drivers about the window being broken, the driver said I have to call Lowe’s and they can’t take it back, because the store is closed. Even the proof of delivery photo is wrong.

mixed feelings
Would RecommendI got three of these window sets. only one of them actually operates properly when trying to remove them for cleaning. The wheels on the bottom of the window do not clear the sill. The fix the instalars did without my knowledge was removing the wheels. there is no way this tested at the factory.
