Oh my Gosh this felt underlay is amazing! It is super strong and lightweight! You need a sharp blade or scissors to cut it! My deck roof has leaked for a year now but since I put this rubbery underlay under the felt, it has not leaked since!

I got this synthetic roof underlayment to use for when i had my contractors repair the flashing on my home. Surprising they were already equipped when the same brand! He uses this stuff on all the roofs the repairs do in pretty confident in the product. It's a thin layer of what feels to be plastic underneath and felt on top

This underlayment is TOUGH!

This wolven material will not tear like felt and replaces 15# or 30# felt underlayment. It has a 20 year warranty. The 250' x4' roll is smaller in diameter and lighter than a typical 15# felt roll that is 144' x 3' Its 2" square pattern is helpful to make accurate trim cuts. Excellent choice for synthetic roof underlayment

I believe this synthetic roof underlayment to be one of the best available on the market. The price point makes it an even easier choice when compared to similar brands. I could tell right out of the box when unrolling it that it was of superior quality. Synthetic is my material of choice but not all are manufactured to the same standards. One of the issues I have had with lesser quality underlayment (even synthetic) is that is tears easier than you'd expect, even when being careful. I have not ...

Synthetic Roofing Underlayment

My husband, who is a building contractor, loves the Reliabilt Synthetic Roofing Underlayment. We are in the proess of building a new home and will use the underlayment on the roof of our new home. My husband says that this is a high quality product that will work well on our new home roof.

Wonderful Synthetic Roofing Material

The synthetic roofing underlayment is probably the best that I have ever used. The material is very thick (although pliable) I am convinced that this product will last longer than any product that I have used previously. The synthetic roofing material looks good too!

tried this product as a sub layer below my tar paper to act as moisture barrier due to mainly using metal roofing. as far as i can tell it may give longer life to my sub roofs and metal due to less moisture in hot weather and wet dampness. as plain roof paper tends to gather moisture when foogy due to the space between roof metal and barriers for air sound value.

Roofing underpayment and more

Product arrived packaged well and no damage. I opened the product to inspect it and see where and how I could use it. The 48” width is a big plus for coverage and saving installation time. The thickness and material suggests more options such as siding underpayment ! That 48 “ width will make coverage perfect and save the overlap. This will be much better than standard tar paper.

Strong and durable

This was absolutely perfect! I love how durable it seems to be and overall lightweight. I also like that it has pictures on it to show where nails go and lines to help keep your shingles straight. Great for someone who doesn't know much about roofing. Doesn't tear easily also.

So much better than #30 felt, you'll never go back

I had a small roof project lined up for the early spring that I was going to use this underlayment on but that got pushed back indefinitely for several reasons including an inability to get materials. I did have a little repair on a shed roof that was overdue so I used some of this synthetic underlayment for that. I have to start by saying this material is so much better than traditional felt. I would say the reliable, synthetic roofing underlayment is equal to any commercial grade roofing underlayment. It appears to be made out of high-quality synthetic felt. The role is easy to handle and holds well.

Cooler cost efficient and a lot lighter

Finally a product that’s will last longer than the selected roofing material chosen. A material that does not absorb heat and pipe it into the building. Also if you happen to just drop anything on it while it is laid on the roof it is no easily damaged as the traditional products been used for years. Extreme toughness easy to place

I have tried multiple different types on roofs in GA. Reliabilt is so easy to put down and extremely durable! I will never go back to other product. I’m sold on this product and recommend it.

Great product

Really good quality roof underlining, can’t wait to use it’s seems a lot better quality then the other brand I have used. Have a small tiny home in the back I need to finish up the roof. I heard great things about this brand and the long lasting effects.

RELIABILT Synthetic roofing underlayment

Reliabilt's synthetic roofing underlayment is a great replacement for tar paper material. This synthetic roofing is very tough with printed on nail fastener placement for quick & easy install. Water is repelled by its non-skid polypropylene materials. Replaces 15# or 30# rolls or tar paper with cleaner less chance of tearing by wind or pulling it to line it up. A lot cleaner as well compared to tar paper.

Good stuff

Fantastic product, good exterior properties. Honestly as good if not better than other well known brands. Easy to cut but very strong. I see this providing decades of protection.

New underlayment in town. We are starting to repair the roof at the back of the house because of water getting in and rotting the plywood under the roof shingles. We need a higher quality synthetic underlayment and this stuff is high quality, well made and a 20 year warranty. Meets all building codes. 4 layer technology. This is a win.

Artificial Roofing Underlayment

Awesome product. It is super tough and so much better than roofing felt. My roofer heartedly recommended when we built a 16 x 24 foot sunroom addition with a new roof. I can see the superior product toughness going on under the new roof.

Great product for a shingled roof

This is probably one of the best roof liner I have ever seen. The role is tightly rolled up, so it will be easy to roll across your roof. The material is sturdy and does not rip easily. One side has a felt finish so it’s nice and smooth. The other side has more of a waterproof finish easy to cut with any razor blade. Easy to tack down. Definitely a good solution to keep in moisture from getting two-year plywood.
