Superior to felt in every way

Wow, this stuff is extremely superior to the normal felt. Haven't even used it and can tell it will make a night and day difference with install. Felt is very heavy while this roll shown is a full 250ft... does rip/tear like felt either

Awesome roof underlayment

Awesome product. Did not have time yet to replace the roof on my shed. It rains every time I’m off. But I did run it through some test. Very durable and water doesn’t affect it. Love the 20 year warranty.

Excellent underlayment

Right from touching it, you could tell that this layment material is solid and will hold well for years. Color does matter but markings are very helpful. The synthetic touch makes it durable to withstand boot heels that have torned the other brand of layment that I used. In pic, I put other layment next to it and it’s easy to make out the difference in quality of this underlayment.

For roofs: yes! but many more other applications

I am sure this product works fine as a roof underpayment. I have used it to install a new roof on my shed it is lightweight and seems to be of good quality. What I am impressed with is the $ per square foot and the other circumstances it can be used for. I used it to cover and protect hardwood and carpet floors during construction projects particularly when removing popcorn from ceilings.... I also used it as a waterproof barrier to steam clean rugs. I intend to utilize this on my 10 X 20 pantry roof, later on this Summer. I am replacing the roofing, as it has been on for over 5 years and want to replace with new.

Wonderful underlayment

I am really happy with the toughness and durability of this product. It also installed very well, rolled out easily. Some products will stick together which cause the installer to struggle a little.

Works good covers like all but easy to work with I like it a whole lot better than felt paper seems easier to lay down n not as smelly as felt which not that bad but a plus

Great product, so much better than the cheap felt

This should be the default for all roofing these days. It is tougher, lighter and lasts longer. It is just as easy to install, all the recommend nails placement are printed on the underlayment as well as the overlap amount. You will need to use caps with the nails. Extremely Durable Underlayment

I just rebuilt my shed after Hurricane Ian destroyed it and i was quite satisfied by using this Underlayment on the roof. It was easy to use as far as application and measurement goes. Good performance and price

This is a relatively lightweight and easy to apply underlayment, necessary around openings and eaves. It is sturdy enough to lay flat easily, and doesn’t roll or wrinkle when you’re removing the protective wrap. Competes well with other brands at a good price.

Oh my Gosh this felt underlay is amazing! It is super strong and lightweight! You need a sharp blade or scissors to cut it! My deck roof has leaked for a year now but since I put this rubbery underlay under the felt, it has not leaked since!

Contractor recommended

I got this synthetic roof underlayment to use for when i had my contractors repair the flashing on my home. Surprising they were already equipped when the same brand! He uses this stuff on all the roofs the repairs do in pretty confident in the product. It's a thin layer of what feels to be plastic underneath and felt on top

This underlayment is TOUGH!

This wolven material will not tear like felt and replaces 15# or 30# felt underlayment. It has a 20 year warranty. The 250' x4' roll is smaller in diameter and lighter than a typical 15# felt roll that is 144' x 3' Its 2" square pattern is helpful to make accurate trim cuts. I believe this synthetic roof underlayment to be one of the best available on the market. The price point makes it an even easier choice when compared to similar brands. I could tell right out of the box when unrolling it that it was of superior quality. Synthetic is my material of choice but not all are manufactured to the same standards. My husband, who is a building contractor, loves the Reliabilt Synthetic Roofing Underlayment. We are in the proess of building a new home and will use the underlayment on the roof of our new home. My husband says that this is a high quality product that will work well on our new home roof.

Wonderful Synthetic Roofing Material

The synthetic roofing underlayment is probably the best that I have ever used. The material is very thick (although pliable) I am convinced that this product will last longer than any product that I have used previously. The synthetic roofing material looks good too!

roof underlayment

tried this product as a sub layer below my tar paper to act as moisture barrier due to mainly using metal roofing. as far as i can tell it may give longer life to my sub roofs and metal due to less moisture in hot weather and wet dampness. as plain roof paper tends to gather moisture when foogy due to the space between roof metal and barriers for air sound value.

Product arrived packaged well and no damage. I opened the product to inspect it and see where and how I could use it. The 48” width is a big plus for coverage and saving installation time. The thickness and material suggests more options such as siding underpayment ! That 48 “ width will make coverage perfect and save the overlap. This will be much better than standard tar paper.
