Very Durable & Well Made

Would Recommend

This underlayment is amazing. Tear resistant. Waterproof. I had someone helping me that isn't as knowledgeable, the markings on the underlayment tells you exactly where to put the fasteners and what kind. Even has an overlap pattern. Super easy to understand the instructions. Very durable, I haven't seen an underlayment made as well as this one. I will be using this on my next project as well.

Rolls out smooth and easy.

Really solid product. Rolls out smooth. Has pattern for nailing. Costs a little more than felt but worth the difference in my opinion. Would recommend!

Easy user friendly underlayment

Would Recommend

The synthetic roofing underlayment from reliabilt is much easy and less brittle and messing than traditional tar paper. It won't tear and it is supposed to be cooler in temperature than tar. This underlayment makes installation extremely easy with nail targets and overlapping patterns to remove ask guesswork.

Great for new and redos of your roof-will last

Would Recommend

Was looking for some underlayment to redo my roof on my back porch and this product fit the bill well - it was affordable and durable. It installed easily and looks like it will hold up well. It is easy to install and rolls flat without much extra work, as some of them require laying flat for some time.

Much better than traditional felt!

Would Recommend

We decided to try synthetic felt when redoing our roof after the spring storms. This stuff was a bit pricier but well worth it! It feels more durable and doesn’t rip. I feel like our homes roof is much better protected using this product.

Lighter, wider, longer, tougher & safer too

Would Recommend

After using 30# felt for years I was hesitant to try Reliabilt's new synthetic roofing underlayment but quickly grew to like it. Although it's a bit more of a pain because you're supposed to use plastic head nails (like the orange ones in the photos) instead of an air nailer - being able to leave a job while waiting on the inspector was a plus because overnight wind was no longer a problem. And in the morning walking on the roof was much safer when it was damp from condensation - or rain showers...

Synthetic Roofing Underlayment

Great stuff...works way better then traditional underlayment. I redid my shed shingles on 1 side due to branch damage. Easy to use and lay down. Durable and has nail targets and overlap pattern.

Better than plain tar paper

Would Recommend

I used this when I was repairing a big hole in the roof of my shed from a branch that fell. I had planned on using tar paper as underlayment but got this just in time. Two things I really like about it - it's lightweight and flexible so easier to deal with than tar paper, and it has grids on the surface to help keep things lined up. I didn't have to walk on it so I can't speak to that but the surface feels lightly textured, so I suspect it would be safe assuming it had the proper amount and type...

Good quality

Would Recommend

Good quality overall. It's roofing underlayment, pretty standard stuff. One thing I appreciated is It's not black. I work in a hot desert sun, and that black underlayment gets pretty toasty.

This came in at the perfect time. My roof was being redone due to leaks. The guy doing my roof was really impressed with this underlayment. He said he had used others but this is one of the best he has seen.

Best Roofing paper

Would Recommend

After all the storms that hit California, I found myself in need of roof repairs. rb04250c roofing paper is by far the best paper I have used. It's durable and lines are dark and clear for measurements and cuts.

The future is here

Would Recommend

I recently was sent some Reliabilt Sythetic Roofing Underlayment to try out and I was pleasantly surprised at the improvement over tar paper. The 250’ roll provides 1000 sq ft of coverage. So looking at the advantages over traditional tar paper, it is very walkable and provides a high traction top surface. It is slip and tear resistant and the face is grid lined for proper nail placement. The white and gray surface provides a cooler working temperature during hot days over the traditional b...

Easy to use

Would Recommend

Easy to use, easy to measure and cut. Roll is a bit bulky to move around. Used it to install a solar tube on a metal roof as the underlayment. It worked perfectly.

Good strength compared to paper.

Would Recommend

Was adding an additional space to my house and decided to give it a try, was a little skeptic because of how thin it was but after rolling it out and stapling it down I seen how strong it was compared to the paper, was able to work on and over it without tearing, only this was very slippery so need to be cautious.

Decent material

I’m impressed with Reliabilt synthetic roof underlay. Relatively lightweight, covering 1,000 square feet. Packaging is more than sufficient and the product seems to be woven and well made.

Looks good

Would Recommend

We did have our roof replaced and part of the discount we got was we get the product and they put it on. So I saw this and said lets give it a try. The roofer said it went on easy and seems like a good product. They had never with this brand before and there said they might move over to it. So far it works well for our needs.

Handy waterproof barrier

Would Recommend

This product is to cover roofs before repairing or replacing new as a waterproof barrier. It is nice and thick and not easily cut. Since the hail storm of January we are slowly repairing damages done to house and buldings and this comes in handy for the job.
