What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise these door locks and knobs for exceptional value, straightforward installation, and attractive appearance. Most highlight excellent affordability and reliable performance, with many appreciating the keyed-alike feature allowing one key to operate multiple doors—especially valuable for homes with multiple entries or rental units. Installation is consistently described as simple and quick, even for inexperienced users. A small number report issues like improper latch engagement, strike plate misalignment, or hardware defects, though most customers consider them a worthwhile budget-friendly choice.
