Worst product lasts 3 months

I bought several packages and replaced all the exterior entry doors with these deadbolt and door knobs. 2 of them that were in use for the main door had to be replaced, something inside clicked and would lock the door. Worst product ever. Will never buy another product under this name. All new entry doors, all keyed alike in the same packaging, main entry door that is used from March to October, lock replaced twice, both failed. thumbs down. Poor product!

Major Safety Hazard – Door handles do not lock

I purchased three 2-packs of this RELIABILT Gallo Antique Brass Exterior Door Knobs and Single-Cylinder Deadbolts Project Packs expecting basic home security, but the door handles fail to function properly. The knobs only catch/lock when turned in one direction. Lock failed after 4 months

purchased these in the store while working on replacing the front door and wanted new knob hardware. Came in today to find that when locked it only locks in one direction. turning the knob the other way opens it right up. internals must be made of poor quality stamped parts that wear out easily. very dissapointed.

Locks failed 2 days after installation

I just installed these door locks on Sunday, and Tuesday afternoon when locking my door the doorknob lock failed to lock so I had to use the deadbolt to secure my door. This morning I was going to swap the primary door lock with the backdoor lock since the deadbolt alone would be fine, then the other door knob lock failed. I will contact the manufacturer and hopefully get a resolution.

Failed after 6 months

Internal latching failed on the main front door handle. I’f shimmy it the door internal locking mechanism slips from the internal plate leading to a failure and allows people easy access to the home.

Overall great!

A little tricky to install, but could also be user-error. That look great! The circle plate is a little smaller than what was there previously so I can see some of the old paint underneath. I wasn’t planning on repainting the door but now I feel like I should :/

Bad lockset

It doesn't lock the door. I can open the lower lock after locking it without having to use the key.

Great look & feel.

They are a nice looking and operating knob/lock. Drawback is the receiving end of screw does not extend so it's quite a challenge to get them together.

this item is not that great

I installed this item, and after only 2 months it stopped working. The lock no longer works, and the door stays open. I’m not sure why it failed, but it’s very disappointing
