Would Not RecommendI bought this set to replace my current doorknob set, as my current set was old and worn out. It works well... perhaps too well. Earlier today it locked me out of my house when I went to check on my plants on my back patio. I unlocked the deadbolt and turned the doorknob to go outside. Unbeknownst to me, the doorknob was in the locked position...but it turned! I spent the last hour waiting for a locksmith that my kind neighbor called for me, and I ended up paying $92 to get back into my hou...
Cheap price, great product
Would RecommendI bought Gallo by accident and found out that it was a much sturdier and better doorknob

Cheap
Would Not RecommendI would not recommend these locks to anyone. They break easily and seem to be cheaply made. Definitely not for securing your house.

after installing I got locked out of the house four or five times. the lock mechanism locks itself after a couple times of motion. it's like the spring is in wrong. I contacted the manufacturer and as usual they had no answers just told to return it to the store.

Will be returning
Would Not RecommendI am returning this set. The screws are way too hard to get started and made the project too difficult. I already replaced with another set that took 10 minutes to install. Very poor quality.

Fairly priced and good quality.
Would RecommendThe screws to attach the interior knob and escutcheon skirt to the locking mechanism inside the door space (and protruding from the exterior knob) are IMPOSSIBLE to connect, thread, and screw in. If they made the screws LONGER, I think that would help get the installer 'feel' and 'tap' into the female threaded tubes better and more easily. I nearly lost my mind coordinating connecting the lock mechanism at the same time as the escutcheon screws, with them both engaged.. Maybe there is an install...

Great for a quick lock changout
Would RecommendI buy these to change the locks out on houses I buy for renovation, and they're perfect for that. The fact they come in a pair makes things simple, versus having to find matching single sets
