Started with conventional black tubing, then bought a roll of the softer brown tubing thinking it would be -more- solar resistant. It’s not. Started having drippers or tees pop off the tubing, causing water to spray like a jet or loose hose. Almost every day I’m having to replace a drip branch and replace with the harder black tubing. Inferior material! Not worth the money!!
Would Not RecommendWhen it gets warmer it won't hold its shape to hold on to the couplers and will pop and spray water everywhere. The black tubing works great and has for years. This brown tubing didn't last more than 10 days wasting my time and money!! If the product won't work in hot weather environment, don't sell it in California where it's sole purpose is to water plants because it's a desert out here!!
