Branch off the main supply line to create a feeder line that supplies water to a low-flow, drip-watering device, or use as a main line in a small drip irrigation system
Tubing outside diameter (OD) is 0.250 in, internal diameter (ID) is 0.170-in; connect to main supply line with 1/4-in micro fitting such as a barbed connector, connect other end directly to emitter to deliver water to plant
Drip irrigation reduces water usage by up to 70% compared to conventional sprinkler irrigation; water is applied precisely and at the rate the soil can accept it to prevent runoff and erosion
To use as a feeder line, connect to the main line with a micro fitting; to use as a main line, connect 1/4-in lines together with micro fittings
Poly tubing is constructed with polyethylene, using a layering method for durability: the outer layer, exposed to the sun, and the inner layer, exposed to water, is made of 100% virgin content; the middle layer is composed of recycled content
Tubing coil comes shrinkwrapped for convenience, works with Raindrip products and other products with compatible connection type
Periodically check for leaks or damage; once or twice a year, remove end closures and flush each circuit until the water runs clear; in cold climate areas, winterize by completely draining the system to prevent lines from damage or splitting
Comes with one 50-ft coil of 1/4-in poly supply tubing to be used with barbed micro fitting to connect to main supply line
