I have been using Rada knives for over 40 years. I was given my first one as a wedding gift. I have introduced them to many friends. My recent purchase was for my daughters who have requested them as a xmas gift to expand their collection. They are the best and they are the only ones I use.

Decent Knife
I like the knife very well for its size. If it was as long as the French chef knife I think it would be a better knife. The thinness of the blade is a good thing. It's easy to sharpen(after learning a better way to use the RADA Sharpener) and does hold the edge for quite sometime. It's not my go to knife as the 8" French Chef knife is.

I purchased the Rada Cook’s Knife and have been very pleased. It is nicely balanced in my hand and cuts exceedingly well. It is very sharp and had held it’s edge beautifully through a lot of use. I have several Rada knives, two were gifts that I have owned for better than 40 years - I expect this Cook’s Knife to become another favorite.
