Thin and flimsy blades
These blades are very thin and flimsy! Unfortunately I have Chinese knifes that I've had for 20 years are made with better blades! Tried to buy American but I should have known with the cheap price! Stay away from these knives thier JUNK!

I started with the amazing tomato slicer and the first time I used it I said, "holy cow!" I went online and ordered one for my older daughter, an excellent cook, who tries everything from soup to nuts. Best Butcher knife made
Excellent knife I have used the best knives for butchering deer and this knife is so easy to use and clean with the one piece it is unbelievable and made in USA. I have had it for more than ten years and it makes the job way more efficient. With the sharpener it is back to almost factory each time. Over fifty deer processed with this knife. Good work great product. Definately recommend.
