Love Rada Knives
I absolutely love Rada knives and have never had any knife that works as well but…. I am a little concerned. My paring knife is great and I have had no problems but the Cook’s knife is already distorted or dinged in the blade and I always hand washed them. To be fair I did not contact the company and it would not stop me from purchasing from them again.

Love Rafa Knives
I absolutely love Rafa knives and have never had any knife that works as well but…. I am a little concerned. I bought 2 different sets from a co-workers son in high school. I bought the chef's set and then a full set of steak knifes. That was 14 years ago. I still have all the knifes and they are still cutting like new. Just an unbelieveable bargain for the money. They are easy to sharpen and maintain. I think I will keep these for a few more years even though I am getting ready to buy another set.

Thin and flimsy blades
These blades are very thin and flimsy! Unfortunately I have Chinese knifes that I've had for 20 years are made with better blades! Tried to buy American but I should have known with the cheap price! Stay away from these knives thier JUNK!

I started with the amazing tomato slicer and the first time I used it I said, "holy cow!" I went online and ordered one for my older daughter, an excellent cook, who tries everything from soup to nuts.
