Carver/boner
Favorite knife is the super parer, next fave is carver. Gradually switching over to black handles . . . . though I never put cutlery in dishwasher, others will so my silver handled knives are being relocated to the camper. It’s sad the silver handles can’t have some kind of protective finish, but I’m happy with the black ones. Best knives I’ve ever had mainly because the so simple Rada knife sharpener!!!

Your going to love these knives
I have been looking for sharp knifes for years. I found that not having a sharp knife for the holidays made my meal prep a challenge. I was visiting the Amana Colonies with friends and came up on these knives. My friends all have these knives and highly recommended them to me. They were so right, best affordable knives I have ever seen. Love them.
