Fantastic knives
I've had a couple of the boner/carvers for years now and am looking to buy more. This knife keeps a sharp edge so well that I also use it as a fillet knife. It's right up there with the best of any fillet knife. I hope the company doesn't change anything about these knives.

Excellent knife!
Bought this for my husband in lieu of a filet knife. He absolutely loves it! He uses it to trim fat from briskets, pork shoulders, tenderloins, etc. It is so sharp, so thin, and flexible that it works perfectly to trim off just what you dont want without trimming off meat!

Best knifes ever
My friend a few years back told me about these knifes because I was in need of a good paring knife,so I purchased one and from that point,I ordered the tomatoe knife which cutes like butter, I was hooked forever and have ordered more from them on. Bone Carver
Flexible blade will cut easily through anything. I find the handles a little small for me. I’m a man with large hands but I think it fits my wife hand properly. They are so sharpe it was fun slicing through a couple roasts.
