Flexible blade will cut easily through anything. I find the handles a little small for me. I’m a man with large hands but I think it fits my wife hand properly. They are so sharpe it was fun slicing through a couple roasts.

Best Knife I now own

Great knives!!!
My mother ordered some of these knives years ago and I still have two of them. I love them! They still cut as good as they always did, and when they start to get dull I sharpen them on the sharper just like the one pictured, the one that came with them, and they are so sharp they will slice a finger. And they still have that stainless steel shine.
