What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring's stunning appearance and realistic wood grain patterns, with many noting it transforms their homes and outperforms hardwood. Installation is consistently described as easy and hassle-free, with the attached underlayment and minimal tool requirements allowing quick DIY completion. However, a notable group reports serious water resistance failures, including planks swelling and bubbling after minor spills, contradicting marketing claims. Some mention the surface shows dirt easily and feels slick initially. Despite durability concerns, most customers find the visual appeal and installation ease worthwhile.

Not Waterproof
I couldn't be more disappointed with the quality of this flooring. I spent a very long-time reviewing flooring, to ensure I got the right product to stand up to spills and traffic. Within the first week, water that had been spilled on the floor from a pet water bowl bubbled up our flooring at the seam. It cannot withstand any amount of spilled water for more than five minutes, or it will bubble up. I do not recommend this.

Worst mistake EVER
Would Not RecommendDo not waste your money or time on this flooring. Our flooring project initiated on October 21, 2025. Due to severe delays and poor workmanship, we are demanding a full refund and a complete resolution. The materials took several months to arrive, and the installation team from Pro. Service did not begin work until December. By the third day of installation, the flooring planks showed clear signs of damage caused by the installation team's compressor. While Mohawk—the manufacturer of the QuickS...

The worst flooring
Would Not RecommendMy husband and I bought this flooring to put down in our dinning room/living room because we loved the look of it and it claims to be water proof which is needed because we have animals and children. We recently put down a different brand flooring in a few bedrooms, and install was a breeeze and it turned out beautifully, but we wanted something waterproof for the downstairs. This quick step flooring is a nightmare. After laying it all out to begin install, we were already having issues with a ...

Employee Assistance (Flooring)
Would RecommendKudos to Adrienne (sp) in Flooring. She was very helpful and immediately contacted me when there was a mix up with the location of the flooring I had purchased that my contractor remained and waited for. When I returned to the store (due to a change of heart regarding my flooring choice), Adrienne was there to provide continued assistance. She even processed the return before I returned to the store (as the flooring had remained at the store. She even aided with my reactivation of my Lowes ...
