we got this when we moved to our new house, we have a dog and she drips water all the time. this has been a life saver. it holds up so well. easy cleaned dry fast. we are on a farm so this works out great for us

Defective and chips

All planks came defective from factory. Had to trim excess material to make it fit. Chips easily.

Great Features.

Very good quality 12mm laminate with padding. Easy to install and very pleasant to the eyes.

Great look

It was very easy to install and the color and pattern helps it to look as if it’s hardwood. Very happy with it so far.

Misleading packaging

The floor is beautiful is about all I can say. It is not waterproof nor spill proof at all. I am afraid to do dishes or shower and get any amount of liquid on the floors. The discrimination on the packaging is 100% misleading. I spent a lot of money putting the floor down in my entire house. Had work done on the house and the floors were done last. They haven’t even been down 2 months and I have areas damaged already. If you don’t get the liquid up immediately it swells and quickly. I live ...

Don’t use Lowe’s nightmare process.See description

The flooring is good but Lowe’s is horrible I bought this online at Lowe’s it was late and the delivery company called me to say they couldn’t make it. so it would be the next day, and two days later I started calling Lowe’s 4 days after that 6 people and over 2 hours of phone calls I finally got the order canceled and refunded. It was a nightmare process. I wouldn’t never recommend Lowe’s even to my biggest enemy. I had to call so many times and text so many robots and every person I got on the...

Disappointed

I have this product throughout my house. It looks good in the basement but the main living area is horrible. I have submitted two warranty claims. The first went over a year with no response. I had to resubmit another warranty claim. I understand that sometimes there are things that happen and a bad batch of product may go out to the distributor but the customer service for this product to be this bad is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this product based on that.
