What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring's stunning appearance and realistic wood grain patterns, with many noting it transforms their homes and outperforms hardwood. Installation is consistently described as easy and hassle-free, with the attached underlayment and minimal tool requirements allowing quick DIY completion. However, a notable group reports serious water resistance failures, including planks swelling and bubbling after minor spills, contradicting marketing claims. Some mention the surface shows dirt easily and feels slick initially. Despite durability concerns, most customers find the visual appeal and installation ease worthwhile.

Not actually waterproof
Would Not RecommendDon't be like me and not read all the fine print. This floor is not waterproof and if it is not cleaned up promptly, it will swell. Within the first week of install, my dog had an accident on the floor and it all swelled where the accident happened. Not exactly an easy fix or cheap fix. Very disappointing. Went into Lowes to ask about the warranty and they told me to call Quickstep. Called Quickstep, they told me to go to Lowes because that's their customer, not me. LOL what a run around. Upon f...

Product fine, service doesn't exist
Product is fine. Went to flooring, nobody around. Went and got a cart. Loaded 17 boxes of flooring, nobody offered to help. Normal in this store lately.

ODD DESCRIPTION
Would RecommendProduct described as waterproof. Dictionary says WATERPROOF /wô′tər-proo͞f″, wŏt′ər-/ adjective Impervious to or unaffected by water. Yet the mfr. says "if spills are cleaned up promptly" Quick Step (owned by Mohawk) site say HDF (hi density fiber) core. When did HDF become impervious to water? Spill resistant is not waterproof like it says on the label and I think the courts in the US will have something to say about the claim "waterproof".

Would RecommendI went down real good. Easy to work with. It has a tough but forgiving material it is made out of. Every craftsman knows what that means. So, man up. Buy and install yourself to save your family much needed money.
