What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring's stunning appearance and realistic wood grain patterns, with many noting it transforms their homes and outperforms hardwood. Installation is consistently described as easy and hassle-free, with the attached underlayment and minimal tool requirements allowing quick DIY completion. However, a notable group reports serious water resistance failures, including planks swelling and bubbling after minor spills, contradicting marketing claims. Some mention the surface shows dirt easily and feels slick initially. Despite durability concerns, most customers find the visual appeal and installation ease worthwhile.

Do Not Buy!
Would Not Recommendbought this floor because we have pets and it's supposed to be waterproof. Within 1 week of installation the floor had significant bubbling and raised edges even with spills cleaned timely. We have waited so long to save up to get a good floor. What a disappointment!

Good product, absolutely terrible service at Lowes
The service at Lodi Lowes was Horrible!!! They took an hour to find a paid order, although we were assured it was ready to pick up.......the guy was "on break"....and no one else could help...??? The load was not centered in the truck, and I had to insist they band the load, which was 18" above water line; that took another 30 minutes. Next day, back to pick up the second pallet, SAME story. You have got to be kidding...

Bubbled flooring
Would Not RecommendWith-in 5 hours of bottled water spill, it bubbled up, supposed to be water proof, im confused why? Spent over $2500 buying something that is disappointing, with false advertising on package. Contractor reinstalled, had to redo half flooring!!!! 😳 which means more money, out of pocket.

Flooring
Would Not RecommendWould not recommend this flooring to anyone. It looks nice with the design, but so much that I’m not a fan of on this flooring. It scratches and chips super easily. Raised edges from any minor water spilled, even with cleaning it up as soon as it’s been spilled. Can’t attest for the raised edges from the previous owners on how long moisture was present before they cleaned it up. I’ll eventually be replacing it throughout the whole house with something better for wear and tear, as well as moistur...
