Ratings & Reviews for PULSE Lanikai Chrome 8-in Shower Faucet Bar System with 3-way Diverter

Super love it

Me and my husband love it so much and its easy to put it together.

Nice design for decent price

This shower head with body sprayer and hand held has a nice design at a good price point. I was dissappointed that it did not come with or offer the opportunity to purchase a matching mixer (mixes hot and cold water).

Stay away! Not worth your money

Bought this about a year ago. Already had to replace cord on handheld shower head. Rain shower head just fell off and almost hit me in head during shower. Product is made of crap material. Will be returning to lowes as well as reaching out to manufacturer.

Gave it a Chance...Disappointed

First of all, great looking product/showerhead. Too expensive for the lackluster performance. We read the reviews when we were deciding on wheather or not to buy this head. Looked great in the store on display, however it's a special order head so...we pulled the trigger and bought the Pulse Lanikai. Some review had missing parts, our did come with all the parts so that was a plus...it was easy to install as well, but that is were the positives end. I think $250 for this is too expensive, especi...

Shower head

This was a very simple installation and well worth the money great product

Shower Head

Easy to install, easy to use, love the rainfall feature.

Experience doesn't live up to the price tag

As the reviews have stated this is meant only to replace current shower head. We had to buy the mixer valve and hot/cold knob at an additional hefty price. The shower delivers but can't live up to the price tag or the pain in the neck it was to get all the parts we needed. Buy something else that everything is meant to work together to it works right the first time. We are still trying to get this working to full capacity. :/

valve failure

worked fine for 6 weeks then the rain head stopped working. contacted company they replied with a video to solve the problem. did what the video said, that didn't work. e mailed the company again to see what else it might be, that was about 6 weeks ago still haven't gotten a reply. customer service sucks. going to take it back. at that kind of money it should work

Pulse Lanikai 3-way Chrome Shower Bar System

We love this product! Makes taking showers fun again..:)

Different World

I've had this system for 8mos now and I still love it. A shower in the evening just melts the stress of the day away. I rate it a 4 because of my low water pressure won't allow me to enjoy the body jets to their full potential and you can only use 1 head at a time. Otherwise I am impressed with styling and materials. great value added to my home.

Fantastic

This is by far the best shower head we have ever had. I will say I seldom use the 3 jets probably because the 2 top jets are so good. We recently moved into this house and it was already installed. I would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect shower.

Beware, Incomplete product information

Ordered this unit based off the website information, when received found that the supply pipe into the unit is required to be much higher than a standard shower/tub inlet height. The first sentence in the product description says how "easy" this unit is to retrofit your shower!! Not so!! A simple note that "high water inlet required" or "not suitable for existing tub/shower inlet heights" would have been sufficient. Will be returning

PULSE Lanikai 3-Way Chrome Shower Bar System

I did have difficulties with brass nipple, I did measure and followed the instructions and started assembly it was too long, I had to tear it all apart and go buy a new shorter one, all else worked as directed.
