bad product

this product is not very reliable and poorly made. shower head split open after only 8 months. took company nearly a month to get me a new shower head and I was not happy that I was the one who even had to fix it myself. I guess I can expect this to happen again in the next 8 months at which time I will probably told it is no longer under warranty.

cracked on top of the rain head after just 6 months. going to take back. Water spots show when dry too. The rain shower was nice thou when it worked.

Crap

didn't get to install after 90 days due to construction. after 3 weeks of use one of the sprayers snapped off. All I did was turned off and it snapped right off. Fast forward to now (7 months after use), the screw to turn from different settings is stripped. poorly made I would never buy then again. I thought I was buyING quality for that price. Guess again ..

I love how it works, it's very simple to use. I would prefer it came with a square top shower head, went and bought a square one and replaced the round head, it looks prettier

Mount too high isn't long enough for walk in showe

This is not made for a shower with a high mounted outlet. The body jets are not low enough and at best this would be ideal for a shower/tub combo in which the outlet is lower than a walk in shower. The body jets would still sit too high. Would have been nice if there was an extension option. Min. of 28in between spout and handle, but your handle should be very low. I'm 5ft 7in. Do NOT Recommend

All the negative reviews below are correct. Unfortunately for me I didn’t see the reviews until after we bought it. However Lowe’s made for an easy return. Thank you Lowe’s! For the highest priced shower head in stock, I had high expectations! As my husband says, the most expensive is not always the best. The worst part is the noise this shower head makes. I heard it from the other end of the house & came to investigate after my husband installed it & turned on the water. Hope this is helpful.

Issues after a few months

Started leaking and one of the body jets fell off.

Didn't last 3 months

Rain shower head blew up after 2 1/2 months of use despite my cleaning it every 2 weeks because of hard water deposits. it was installed in new tile shower so I can't return it. I have to replace the shower head and deal with it. Would not recommend this product.

In home spa

This shower head sure does feel good with the various settings you get either individually or more than one at a time. The 8" rain shower head doesn't kill my head anymore and feels like an autumn mist. If I want the pressure, I just use the 3 heads that hit on my back/spine.

Rain head stopped working. Pulse Shower System

Called company to discuss reasons for failure of Rain head. Representative determined the actuator routing water to the rain head was clogged. Gave me a schematic of a like unit. Totally different configuration than the unit I have. No simple way to repair it nor to disassemble the unit to fix it. Suggested to the rep that a new unit could be shipped under the life-time warranty. Representative offered a replacement unit at 50% off MSRP. That's no deal when I haven't had this unit but ...

Fairly easy install. Looks great.

Installed fairly well. The video did not match the model they sell now. They use different adapters The three jets only have off and on. The top two have this option. Not the bottom one. Biggest disappointment is you can’t use the jets/shower arm/rain shower together. It only lets you use one at a time.

Worked great for new shower install

I recently installed a new shower in the house and my wife and I bought this as an attractive alternative to plumbing multiple fixtures separately. This was advertised as a retrofit so it did not come with a shower mixing valve or any sort of trim handle(+$150). First one was returned due to a missing allen bolt on the mount and a slight peel in the finish on the shower head. Great shower priced right

This is the second time I have bought this item. I loved it so much in my previous house so I purchased for my new home. The shower is great and the price is right.

Set Screw stuck inside pipe!

First off, beautiful product and easy install. There WAS one exception that it made a terrible noise while running water, like a running motor. There is another review on here with the same complaint. I took apart the whole thing to discover the culprit, a set screw inside the pipe. Go figure! I did find it weird when installing there were two holes with only one set screw provided. Once back in place, not only no noise, but the pressure was much better.
