Now on my second pulse shower as they are really great they seem to have issues at the hoses, same problem twice cannot be a coincidence. They do not last very long and start leaking at the connection sites.

Just buy this. American made. enjoy!

This product is Quality, easy to install, and the best Shower equipment I have ever used.

Catastrophic Failure After 1 Year

Buyer beware! After about 1 year of use, the rainfall shower head burst and literally fell apart under normal use. Inside there were no signs of mineral buildup or corrosion and the water pressure in our house is dismally low. The plastic shower head simply failed.

Terrible. Mostly plastic.

The 3 heads in the middle are plastic and will break off if you try to use them. Have 2 of these systems and they lasted maybe 3 years before all the heads broke off. The top rain head will pop off if you have any air in your pipes when turning your water back on. They will pop back in once or twice then never again. As stated mostly plastic and not even worth 100,bucks. Do not purchase.

Total piece of crap, I’m on my 4th one of these, trying to get 2 that aren’t broken. Worst design I’ve ever seen.

Great concept & previously great customer service

I previously reviewed this product detailing how hard it was to find a 2019 version... now I wish I wouldn't have found it and would have taken that as a premonition to shop for something else. Distinguished look! Requires some ingenuity

Awesome look for our remodeling project! We bought this unexpectedly due to communication errors with our contractor telling us we need a “rough in valve”, bur not informing us that the “trimmings” came with one. We were going with a rain fall idea how ever could not get anything in stock or on time. Cheap Junk

Valve failed again for the second time. Paid $250 plus a plumber to install. The valve that changes which shower function you use failed about six months in. Meaning thot you could no longer switch from shower head to handheld to triple shower heads. Recd the part that was recalled. Paid a plumber again to install it. A year later the "new and improved" replacement part has failed again.

It’s not very good bang for the buck

It was a leaky mess. To begin with, we had to have someone come out to see why our faucet wasn’t working - that’s not a big part of the problem. Once we fixed the faucet we had to install the shower. It went on fine, though ridiculously complicated. But once we got it on, the three smaller heads did not work correctly and one had no on/off. The ones that did work leaked out the sides.

Body Jet malfunction

This looks great in my shower but I do not know how it feels to give an accurate review. I had a professional plumber install it and the top body jet is malfunctioning. When I turn on the jet the top body jet sprays a line of water towards the back of my shower near the connection point. I have contacted the manufacturer 3 times with 0 luck on a return email or phone call back. It took half a day to install. I will admit that when it was fully functional I really enjoyed this unit. The 3 sprayers at the bottom are honestly kind of pointless. I thought they would pulsate or something so that you could get a back massage but it’s just a constant high pressure mist. The main issue is that after only having it for 6 months the rainfall shower head broke. While taking a shower there was a loud pop and now water goes everywhere.
