What Customers Are Saying
The light mounts received mixed reviews. Many customers found the mounts to be of good quality, easy to install, and a great value. However, some reported issues with the fit, as the mounts were either too small or too large for the posts. There were also complaints about the materials, with some stating the mounts were made of cheap, flimsy plastic instead of the advertised aluminum. The overall sentiment suggests the mounts can be a good product when the fit and materials meet expectations, but there are quality control concerns that need to be addressed.

Would Not RecommendThere are two basic design problems which make this basically good product into a poor one. First, they call it white but it's not white; maybe an off-white, but not white (like the lamp post). Second, there is a nice threaded hole to attach a grounding screw, but it extends too far down and keeps it from sitting level atop the lamp post so you must cut it off to make the mount sit level.
