FedEx refused to deliver due to damaged packaging and potential damage to product...they still have it. I cancelled my order and reordered it for curbside pickup. Had to drive 50 miles each way and wasted 2 and a half hours of my time to ensure an unbroken product..The associate and opened the box and inspected it thoroughly. He was a great help to this old disabled grandpa.

Would Not Recommenditem arrived broken. I'm told I have it bring it back to the store. Now I have to do twice the work I would have done if I just picked it up. Very bad customer service by Lowes. Thanks for the extra work and for taking lots of time out of my day.
