Broken Toliet

I received my Toliet and the bottom base was broken. I called customer service and they said I had to come in person to replace it. I live in a very rural area and I don't drive so that sucked. The delivery service they use is reckless. Don't get anything delivered if you don't want it broken.

great flush and great value.

Complete quick flush. Easy install. Great value for the price. I did not expect a soft close seat at $99.00 but would have paid $30.00 more for the option.

Comfortable and efficient

Purchased several weeks ago and it is a much better fit for our needs. More comfortable and more efficient flush reduces clogging.

Terrible customer service

The toilet is great. Your customer service stinks. I ordered delivery on line. They dropped in the garage and broke it. Then I was told I had to return it to Lowe's. I am 76 yrs old, I can't pick it up to put in my car. They told me to get a neighbor to help. Really??

Toilet does the Job

Installation was very straightforward, helps to have a second pair of hands good-value toilet that does it's job and looks decent once installed. I Would recommend for anyone looking for a new apartment

I'm very pleased with the whole process. I ordered a toilet on the Lowe's website to pickup curbside. Shortly after I ordered it, I got a call from Lowe's informing me that the one they had available was in a badly damaged box and did not recommend I buy it. He gave me the item number of a similar item, which I ordered. I REALLY appreciate that call. He was really looking out for the customer. The curbside pickup took a little longer than expected but the store associate was so polite and ...

Broken during shipment

FedEx refused to deliver due to damaged packaging and potential damage to product...they still have it. I cancelled my order and reordered it for curbside pickup. Had to drive 50 miles each way and wasted 2 and a half hours of my time to ensure an unbroken product..The associate and opened the box and inspected it thoroughly. He was a great help to this old disabled grandpa.

dont get it delivered

item arrived broken. I'm told I have it bring it back to the store. Now I have to do twice the work I would have done if I just picked it up. Very bad customer service by Lowes. Thanks for the extra work and for taking lots of time out of my day.

Still missing a toilet

I paid for two toilets and only one was delivered. I am still waiting on the second one to be delivered. I have contacted you guys twice and I still only have one toilet.
