Height is a plus

Needed a new tank but an extra $35 why not just get a whole toilet. I like the height and its new so that is what counts and it don't leak.

Why would you not buy this ?

I bought this toilet for a pool bathroom I installed . It’s a no brainer, 99 dollars for a toilet that includes wax ring and bolts to install. It’s not the fanciest toilet you can buy but it works great and does what it’s supposed to do .

stylish toilet

As this is a very nice and stylish toilet, as my wife's concern. Do NOT use the wax ring that comes with it. After about 2 weeks, I notice water around the front of the base. Picked up a wax ring from the local hardware. Today I dismantled the toilet to change the wax ring. The one that came in the kit had melted. Half stuck to the toilet the other half on the outlet piece. No, we had not used A/C, but wax rings are older in use than an A/C unite.

The best investment for my home

I purchased 2 of these and I was skeptical about the low amount of water that filled up in the bowl. I was completely wrong. They have a very strong flush and they are literally chair hight.Now the seat I didn't like its plastic. I changed them. But for the price you can't beat it.

Poor customer service policies

The delivery didn't arrive when promised, three days in a row. Because I made the inquiry (and possibly only because I made the inquiry), I found out the package was damaged in transit. Ok, I get that, things happen. The major failure occurred when trying to get a replacement shipped with expedited shipping. This seems like basic customer service. I had an appointment with a contractor for installation six days beyond the promised delivery date, so I needed to have this delivery on time - or ev...

Broken tank

Took this out of the box, the tank was shattered. Very disappointing

Knowledge needs to be shared with Associates

The purchase & installation went fine ... but no one in the store (6 associates) knew who Thumbtack was. Finally a manager knew that Lowe's just started using Thumbtack 45 days ago and they would be scheduling the installer with me for a date and time. I was told someone from Lowe's would be calling me within 48 business hours. So when I started getting text messages from Thumbtack, I thought it was a scam and did not respond.
