Broken Toliet
I received my Toliet and the bottom base was broken. I called customer service and they said I had to come in person to replace it. I live in a very rural area and I don't drive so that sucked. The delivery service they use is reckless. Don't get anything delivered if you don't want it broken.

Terrible customer service
The toilet is great. Your customer service stinks. I ordered delivery on line. They dropped in the garage and broke it. Then I was told I had to return it to Lowe's. I am 76 yrs old, I can't pick it up to put in my car. They told me to get a neighbor to help. Really??
