What Customers Are Saying
The caulk gun has a mixed performance. Many users found it to be a smooth, sturdy, and affordable tool for larger caulking jobs. However, some reported issues with the handle or trigger bending or breaking after limited use, making it difficult to apply the caulk effectively. The gun may work well for basic tasks but may not be durable enough for more demanding applications or heavy-duty use. Customers recommend considering a more heavy-duty option, especially for larger projects or thicker caulk/adhesive products.

Would RecommendI needed to do a large caulking job. I did not want to keep loading a new cartridge. We did a partial basement renovation and some bathroom work. This products made the entire job efficient. The only drawback was the weight of the gun with a full cartridge.
Solid but could be better
Would Not RecommendOverall this is a good solid caulk gun that lets me buy the contractor sized caulk tubes and thus save a considerable amount of money. The caulk gun worked as it should for the most part, but every once in a while I had a difficult time pressing the release to pull back the plunger rod. Comparing this caulk gun to my smaller one I noticed that my smaller gun has a much larger release lever and therefore is much easier to release. So that is really the only issue I have with this caulk gun: It n...
30oz Caulk Gun
Would RecommendThis product is built extremely well and it has the tube tip cut off in the handle. The paint is well done and fit and finish is respectably well done.
Great product for smaller jobs
Would RecommendThis is a cheaper gun, great for small jobs. Shell out for the comfortable one if you are doing a big job.
At first glance...
Would RecommendMy first impression was that this was just like all the cheap guns. But, after first use (and I did only use this once so far), the gun operated as well as the more expensive ones, and didn't trail on after I stopped the caulk bead. No dripping. The push rod was stout, and the tip cutter and puncture rod were handy.
Works As it Should
Nothing special and works as it should. It has the tip cutter and folding spike to punch the foil which is nice. Could only give it 4 stars because the cutter had a hard time cutting the tip.
Great price and excellent performance!
Would RecommendThese things are great. They are affordable, and they work just as they should. It has the small rod up front to get your caulk started, and then it can flip backwards out of the way. The action on it is very smooth, which is good for the smaller detail stuff. I personally have several of these that I use for applying glue to landscape blocks. The main plunger rod is very easy to draw back, and the trigger assembly is very smooth and easy on the hand. Overall, for the price and quality it can’t ...
Very sturdy
Would RecommendTired of the small tubes running out so quickly so I gave this bad boy a try. It's great for those big jobs and not something you would want for small household projects. Made putting up the barn roof just a bit easier with the easy pull trigger. Dropped it a few times and it held up great therefore it seems to be durable and made well.i recommend this one
Great Caulk Gun for the Cost!
Would RecommendThis is a great economical caulk gun, very sturdy for the weekend home improvements. May not be the best if using everyday, but for the occasional use where you need a large tube of caulk or adhesive this is the caulk gun I would use. Great for the home owner or light commercial.
Large caulking gun
Would RecommendNice large 30 is caulking gun… seems to have durability along with the standard features of a caulk gun. Of course it’s heavy with being bigger and holding more caulk… so be ready for tired hands and fingers!
GREAT Caulk Gun
Would RecommendThis caulk gun is well made. I like the round plunger rod better than those with teeth because the handle has infinite grip positions on the rod. This caulk gun even has a built-in cutter on the left side of the body for cutting the end of the tube. It also has an attached rod for breaking the seal inside some caulk tubes. See Attached Photos.
30 Oz. Rod Cault Gun
Would RecommendThis caulking gun is the easiest that I have ever used. The benefits of this gun includes a poker after cutting off the top the caulk you can probe to loosen the caulking. It also has a locking spot on top of the gun. It is easy spring and one handed.
Strong Caulking Gun
Would RecommendGreat Gun, Has plenty of Leverage to push any Caulk or Liquid nails Material through, Really like the extra long Poking rod in it, makes it easy to cut a smaller hole at the tip knowing the metal rod will reach the seal and break it with no problem, I also like the handle, has a good feel and feels safe also. Getting pinched with a bad handle is not a good feeling. Plus having the Tip cutter on the Gun is a big plus too.
Comfortable Pistol Grip
Would RecommendThis is a great easy to use Caulk Gun. It uses the bigger 30oz caulk tubes> The pistol grip is easy to squeeze and comfortable on the hands! It comes equipped with a small rod for puncturing and opening the caulk tube! All in all, it's a great Caulk gun and because iy uses the 30oz tubes it makes the c job cheaper!
Nice caulking gun, read the description!
Would RecommendThis is a smooth-operating, well made caulk gun. The action is easy to use, and of course, it comes with a spike (?) to open the caulk tubes. Be sure to read the description. I didn't, and didn't notice it was for 30 ounce tubes until I tried to use it. All that said, I was impressed by this gun. It is not a cheap one.
handy big caulking fun
Would RecommendFirst time owning a large caulking gun. Can remember many times in the past having to reload many small cartridges when I could have used this one. Handy piercing tip below the gun. Tool fits well in my hand. Looking forward to many projects outdoors when it warms up.
Nice Gun
Would RecommendThis caulk Gun does a nice job. It responds well to the trigger and puts out a nice bead of caulk. I was pleased with the way the gun responded to the pressure I used on the trigger and when I took the pressure off it unlike some caulk guns did not push any excess caulk out of the tip. Hopefully this gun will enable me to have consistent usage time over the next few jobs I do. I can endorse this gun as a nice one that should last and do the job.
Strong Caulk Gun
Would RecommendIn my opinion, this is an excellent caulk gun with some very nice features. Some others have written the trigger bent after one or a few uses. I have very small hands and I still am able to reach and squeeze straight and firmly. The only reason I can find for a bent trigger would be depressing/squeezing the trigger on an angle or not piercing the inner seal on the tube after cutting the tip. Even after snipping a very small tip the trigger worked flawlessly. I have emptied 5 tubes of both caulk ...
Great for those bigger caulking projects.
This 30 ounce rod caulking gun is what I would describe as “contractor size.” It will utilize a tube of caulk that is 30 ounces, approximately 3 times the volume of its 10 ounce baby brother. It features all metal construction, a comfortable pistol grip, a puncture wire, and a tip cutter. It has a round rod with built in ladder hook. It’s easy to load and unload, and the action on it is smooth. It’s has a spring loaded release, and is riveted for extra strength. My first practical used of i...
